The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County has a main library and six branches to provide a variety of library services to the people of the Ohio Valley.

High Speed Internet Access
Computing & High speed Internet Access services are available at the following branches free of charge: Main, Adena, Schiappa, Brilliant, Tiltonsville, Dillonville, and Toronto. These are indicated by the symbol.

Fax Service
Faxing services are available at the following branches for a minimal fee: Main, Adena, Schiappa, Tiltonsville, Toronto, Brilliant, and Dillonvale. These are indicated below by the symbol.

Copier Service
Copier services are available for 15¢ per copy, at the Main, Schiappa, Toronto, Brilliant, Dillonvale, and Adena branches. Branches with copiers appear with this symbol.
